This policy covers text messages sent by your licensed insurance agent or Mountain State Benefits Advisors through the Onyx Platform. Onyx Platform Corporation provides the messaging technology.
Your mobile phone number; a record of your texting consent, including when and how it was given; the content of messages sent to and from you; and message delivery and status information.
Only to run the texting program: sending messages you agreed to, responding to your texts, processing STOP and HELP requests, keeping consent records, and meeting legal and regulatory requirements.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers that support the program may receive information to operate it. Text message opt-in data and consent records will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing, except where disclosure is required by law.
Message frequency varies with your communications and insurance needs. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to the number that sent the message. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages unless you give consent again. Reply HELP for assistance.
Phone numbers, consent records and message history are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to run the program and meet legal, regulatory and recordkeeping requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect them.
You can ask what information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion where applicable.
