Text messages come from Mountain State Benefits Advisors or your licensed insurance agent, sent through Onyx Platform Corporation ("Onyx"). Messages relate to coverage you already hold or service you requested, such as appointment times, document requests, coverage questions and renewal reminders.
We text only clients who have given permission on a call with their licensed agent. We do not text people whose contact details we obtained from someone else. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Text STOP to the number that texted you. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. To rejoin, give permission again the same way you did originally.
